Proposed investment of ₹474.05 crore, creation of 777 employment opportunities
Robust industrial expansion in food processing, rubber, textile and manufacturing sectors
Patna: The meeting of the Project Clearance Committee (PCC) of Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority (BIADA) was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Managing Director Mr. Kundan Kumar. In the meeting, detailed review of various industrial proposals was conducted, and decisions were taken regarding the allotment of industrial plots and sheds to eligible entrepreneurs, along with allotment at the time of decision itself.
In the meeting, a total of 6.13 acres of land was allotted to 16 industrial units. These units will be established in different industrial areas of Patna, Darbhanga, Madhubani, Aurangabad, Hajipur, Muzaffarpur, Gaya and Saharsa. The allotted units are related to food processing, rubber, textile and general manufacturing sectors, which will provide a strong foundation to the industrial structure of the state.
A total investment of Rs. 474.05 crore has been proposed by these units, which is expected to generate approximately 777 employment opportunities. This investment will significantly contribute to the economic progress of the state, strengthening of the local supply chain and the creation of an employment-oriented industrial environment.
Land has been allotted to the following units in prominent industrial areas:
• M/s BALBHADRA POLYPLAST PRIVATE LIMITED
• M/s JK LAKSHMI CEMENT LIMITED
• M/s AMJAD BOND PRIVATE LIMITED
• M/s Taran Hardware
• M/s Deco PVC Industries Private Ltd
• M/s Connedit Business Solution Pvt. Ltd.
